We ask you to come 2 times a week to have the right balance between body adaptation, rest and work.

If I want to come more than twice a week?
We therefore advise you to combine it with specific work with machines, individually or with excellent aerobic activity in an open environment such as a walk in the woods, a run on foot or by bike, or any other sporting activity. Or even with YOGA with our teacher Shanti as an alternative activity. Ask us and we will be happy to advise you.

I'm afraid of not being as good or as good as the others, or of making a mistake and getting hurt!
